Is a CCW good statewide or just in the county where issued? |

Unless otherwise specified in restrictions imposed by the issuing authority, or in the case of a temporary employment or business related permit issued in a different county than a person=s county of residence, a CCW permit is valid statewide. Some local law enforcement agencies have occasionally refused to honor permits issued in a different county. |
